There's a whole lotta soul in the F Word kitchen this week. Gordon's joined by songstress Mica Paris, her big sister, Paula, her mum, Cherry and her dad, Trevor.
The Paris brigade are hoping to cook their way to victory with a healthy side order of money for their chosen charity, Refuge.
Trevor worked as a chef in his twenties, and Cherry claims she's never messed up a meal so the pushy Paris brigade should have a strong chance of securing the top spot.
