Gordon's healthy eating campaign brings him to Darlington where there's a whole load of hungry tummies waiting for him - ten to be precise and that's all one family.
.
Mum Lindsay has a freezer full of pre-prepared food and wants to cook something healthier for her eight children. The trouble is she's short on time and more importantly, inspiration.
Gordon's happy to help out and thinks he's got the key to making the family feast fun. He's getting the children involved right from the start. He bundles the whole brood into the car and sets off for the market.
Lamb kebabs are great finger food. While Gordon shows Lindsay how simple they are to knock up, he sets the children a recipe challenge to make their own salads. The hands-on approach is a huge hit.
"Who'd like this for dinner again?" asks Gordon.
"Everyone!" the children chime.
There's the next brigade in training.
