Dangerous eater, Tom Parker Bowles, is out to beat the credit crunch by chomping his way through a whole pig. And that really does mean every bit of it, from toenails to the snout.
Traditionally, a pig could feed a family of four for a whole winter, but Tom thinks we've got too wasteful with our meat eating habits, throwing about a third of every pig away.
Since the price of food is escalating, Tom suggests cheaper cuts of meat could be the solution to economic eating; we just need to know what to do with it all.
