Former rugby world champion, Matt Dawson, has brought his family into the F Word kitchen to compete for the title of best brigade.
The sporting ace is unsurprisingly competitive, as is his beauty queen girlfriend, Joanne. Dad, Roy, and retired dinner lady Mum, Lois, make up the feisty brigade.
Gordon tries to settle the team in with a bit of a pep talk.
"This is the time to talk about what's going through your mind," he says.
"You don't want to know what's going through my mind," she tells Gordon. "I can see you taking your shirt off."
"Lois, are you flirting with me?" asks Gordon.
It seems the whole brigade are after a bit of Ramsay as Matt deftly spanks his chef on the behind.
