While Gordon faffs around with vine tomatoes and chorizo for his tuna pepperade, Meatloaf's gone for the old faithfuls - frozen peas and sweetcorn.
The 'surprise' in Meatloaf's tuna casserole surprise is bugging Gordon. Despite Meatloaf's attempts to keep his secret safe Gordon piles in with his spoon at the ready for a sneaky taste.
"What is that?" he ruminates, "is that macaroni cheese?"
"He doesn't even know what it is after he's tasted it," laughs Meatloaf.
"It's so secret even I can't tell what it is," says Gordon.
Turns out it was cream of chicken soup.
Meatloaf has a final taste before the casserole is sent off for judgement. He's a happy man.
"Oh man I hit it!" he screams, "that's the best ever and I did it on TV!"
The two tuna treats split the judges. Gordon's not happy with the 3:2 divide but relieved that his posh tuna casserole beat Meatloaf's creamy creation.
