This week's celebrity challenger is a man so loud, he makes Gordon seem like a shrinking violet - raging rocker, Meatloaf.
He might have a foodie name but can Meatloaf actually cook? He thinks so. He's certain Meatloaf's tuna-fish casserole surprise has the comfort food credentials to win over the blind tasters.
"Has this recipe evolved over the years?" asks Gordon.
"It evolved last night," Meatloaf tells him.
