Gordon gathers opinion on the desserts and he's not happy to take criticism. One young diner moans that the soufflé was sloppy. Gordon's response: "Is your fringe a wig or is that just fashion?"
The results have been counted and 40 out of 50 diners are willing to cough up the cash for dessert meaning the boys have received payment for 121 of their 150 dishes.
The boys are overjoyed and pile on Gordon in a big man-heap crushing him on the counter. "That was a Bolton whammy," says Gordon when he's allowed up for air.
The boys scored well but not well enough to topple the Appleton-Blatt team from the top slot. Will next week's brigade fare any better?
