Singer Jamelia joins Gordon for the celebrity challenge cooking a traditional Jamaican chicken dish – Saturday soup. The plucky young cook is feeling confident. "I've cooked this a million times," says Jamelia. "I will be very, very embarrassed if I lose."
That's fighting talk. As is Jamelia's confession that she has a couple of Tanya Ramsay's books which she likes better than Gordon’s. "But they're shit," says Gordon looking aghast.
The singer is engaged to Bristol City football player, Darren Byfield. Gordon asks to take a look at the diamond ring and accidently drops it in the soup. "Bling chicken soup," says the cheeky chef after he's fished it out.
Both the soups are a hit but Gordon's spicy soup just pips the singer to the post. "How can you beat me at my own dish?" asks a disappointed Jamelia. "Because it's Tuesday not Saturday," explains Gordon.
