Back in the F Word kitchen and the boys are rustling up a raspberry soufflé – the number one show off dessert according to Gordon.

Tony's having trouble keeping his moulds clean and it's a race against time to get the soufflés out before they sink but the boys are soon on a roll. Paddy even has time to pick up some new material for his tour.

Gordon decides the key to Paddy's charm is in his accent. Paddy agrees: "The thing is with the way I talk, I can swear and get away with it. I can say 'fuck you my friend' and it sounds, well…". "Charming?" offers Gordon. Paddy's preaching to the converted.

Can someone please send me the link to the main meal recipe on this episode, the one with the chicken, mozarella and parmesan cheese, the small tomatoes, etc...? Thanks!
