The team are beginning to work together more and morale is high. Gordon heads out into the restaurant to gauge opinion. There are lots of empty plates and people seem pleased.
"I'd never order chicken in a restaurant," says one customer. "But that was delicious." A few people complain about heavy handed seasoning but most are positive. But it remains to be seen how the votes will stack up.
The suspense is too much for Emu who's beginning to lose his head. After miscalculating his eggs earlier Gordon gives him a quick maths test. "What's six times six?" barks Gordon. "Erm, 12? Oh no, what?" comes the confused reply.
There's no confusion when it comes to the results though - 46 of the diners are willing to pay for the second course. "Bloody well done," congratulates Gordon.
