Hairdresser 'Emu' and Tony are in charge of eggs but with two orders of the scallops with quails eggs and pancetta left Emu's run out.
"We had enough eggs in here for eighty portions," bellows an irate Gordon. Paddy adds on an extra slice of scallop as compensation but will it be enough to please the F Word punters?
It seems so as 35 out of 50 diners are willing to pay up for the first course. Not a bad start. "We're gonna get better," promises an optimistic Tony.
