Riding high from their success with the main, the brigade have settled into the kitchen environment and get into a good rhythm for getting the apple tarts out to the diners.
"These tarts are beautiful," says Gordon, "absolutely beautiful. Well done."
Even Liam likes his pudding.
"It was bang on. Amazing."
Could the girls make it full marks for the second time?
The all important final results come in and it's nervous faces all round. But there's no need to worry. For their dessert they score a saintly 47 out of 50 and romp into the top spot.
The next brigade will have to pull something amazing out of the bag if they want to keep the Appleton-Blatts out of the F Word kitchen.
