The girls will be cooking a starter of angel hair pasta with clams.
It's a simple dish that's made ready in minutes but that means the brigade will have to move quickly to make sure they don't over cook it. The girls will also have to check their clams very carefully to make sure they don't send out any closed shells. No-one likes dodgy shellfish.
The results come in and chronic grazer Mel's been rumbled as the weakest link. She didn't bother to check her clams and diners complained about finding rogue closed shells.
It's a mediocre start. Only 39 of the 50 diners are happy to pay. The brigade need to pull their socks up if they want to make it to number one in this chart.
