Brill is a robust fish with a sweet, delicate flavour. The main course looks simple and the boys are buoyant after their starter success.
But Gordon's main has turned up the heat for McFly and they start to struggle. A couple of stovetop fires show they're not on top of their game - especially Dougie whose profuse sweating is worrying Gordon.
"In the early days, when you all lived together in one big house, who did the cooking?" asks Gordon.
"Pizza Go-Go," says Tom.
