The boys look worried but follow Gordon's instructions to the letter. It works. Their seared beef salad is a massive hit with 49 diners paying for the starter.
As for the lone diner who refuses to pay - she's named and shamed in front of the whole restaurant.
"The salad was sloppy. What can I say?" she complains. Gordon's furious and tries to wound her with his sharpest barb.
"Are you related to Janet Street-Porter?" he retorts.
Clearly the boys are in fighting mode.
When it comes to the main course, Tom goes out into the restaurant to personally serve the bill-dodging diner her dinner.
'"We didn’t spit in it," he says reassuringly. Do we trust him?
