Back in the F Word kitchen, the Guru-Murthy brigade face their final challenge, a dessert of zabaglione with peach puree.
Gordon separates the boys and makes two boy-girl teams, maybe to share out the ladies' skills - maybe just to avoid another accident.
Too late - Krishnan picks up yet another burn as he whisks the pudding over a pot of hot water.
Despite the accident, both pairs show great speed and great teamwork and 37 out of 50 diners pay for pudding.
The Guru-Murthy's are disappointed with their overall score of 101/150. It's a valiant effort but not enough to be the top brigade.
