Not satisfied with the celebrity quota in the restaurant, Gordon goes to see boxer Ricky Hatton to give him a quick cookery lesson.
Ricky's yo-yo dieting is not the eating behaviour you'd expect from a top class athlete. After a fight he piles on the weight and earned himself the nickname 'Ricky Fatton'. In 2004 he lost a total of 12 stone. Even for a man like Ricky, such rapid weight gain and loss can be damaging to the body.
Gordon gets in the ring to see what Ricky is made of and later teaches him how to cook healthily, whipping up a fat-busting chicken soba noodle soup.
