There's more than just glory up for grabs in this week's celebrity challenge. Whichever dish the blind tasters choose will be served to the diners for dessert.
Graham gets busy with his peach and ameretto dessert, and confesses he's got some rather questionable restaurant work experience.
"We did something to the coffee," Graham admits. "We did something in the cafetière before we put the hot water in. The restaurant is shut now, but it's not our fault," he adds quickly.
Gordon tries to raise the tone.
"Are you romantic?" he asks.
"Not really," says Graham, "rose petals stain the fuck out of sheets - it looked like I'd killed someone."
Banter over - it's down to business and Gordon's roast peaches with marzipan recipe pips Graham's creation.
