To see how well the brigade is really doing, Gordon heads into the restaurant to get down with the punters.
Some of these diners have been hardcore vegetarians for decades, but there are empty plates all over the restaurant. Veal might be a controversial meat but it's hitting the mark with the converted veggies.
The girls have really stepped up to the plate. 46 out of 50 former vegetarians fork out for dinner.
"That is amazing," says Gordon. "You definitely did not let Elton down."
