As an added challenge, the girls will be cooking their meat-heavy menu for a restaurant full of vegetarians.
"I want you to convert 50 vegetarians by serving them the best meal of their lives," says Gordon, heaping on the pressure. "This is one of the most important meals you'll ever cook."
With the gauntlet so firmly thrown down, Gordon's playful pranks aren't exactly welcome.
"Don't drop the bowl," he says, fake-throwing the caviar to Nic.
