It's last orders in the F Word restaurant and the series' best brigade are back in business.
Superlative songstresses, Nic and Mel from All Saints, and their masterchef mums return to feel the heat in the F Word kitchen. They scored a massive 136 out of 150 paying guests at their last attempt so have a lot to live up to as they take to the hot plate once more. All money from paying diners will go to the NSPCC.
It's a fancy menu tonight and to help the girls appreciate the quality of their ingredients, there's a demo to show them how Gordon caught caviar for their celebratory starter.
