Not content with one healthy mission, Gordon's got two in store this week and heads off to meet super supermodel, Erin O’Connor.

With ten years in the preening profession under her belt, Erin is considered a grandmother of the modelling world. She knows what problems young models can be exposed to and has set up the Model Sanctuary, a bolt hole that offers models everything from counselling to nutrition advice.
"I watch what I eat, but I watch the quality of what I eat," says the sagacious sylph.

Most models' careers last a mere three years. They live a fast paced life travelling lots and glamming it up at booze soaked parties. To extend their shelf lives, models need to eat well. With that in mind, Gordon meets 18 year old model, Georgina, to show her how to cook a recipe of seared tuna and roasted vegetable couscous.
