Gordon's so committed to getting the nation eating healthily, he's prepared to go down. Right under a Tube train in fact.
The London Underground's Emergency Response Unit were the unsung heroes of the 7/7 bombings and face physically demanding challenges every day, dealing with anything from derailments to suicides. But when Gordon pops in to see how they're fuelling their fight, he finds a group of fried breakfast feasters, eating themselves greasy.
"You're carrying some heavy stuff and that's just your stomachs," said the ever charming Gordon, before showing the chaps how to get cooking a more wholesome breakfast of poached eggs with ricotta stuffed mushrooms on toast.
