Gordon tests music student, Ross, on his knowledge of gnocchi cooking.
"When they're burned they're cooked, when they're black they're what?"
"Fucked?" guesses Ross.
He's a quick learner - shame his gnocchi are charcoal.
"Are we your favourites?" asks a hopeful Emma.
"We'll find out when the results come in," says Gordon.
And come in they do. The diners have spoken, and 46 out of 50 customers agree to pay. It's a great start and puts the Spice Girls ahead of All Saints once more.
