The F Word gets spicy again as Emma Bunton heads up the celebrity brigade. Baby Spice is joined by her cousin, Ross, brother-in-law and fireman, Anton, and her boyfriend, ex-boy band member turned trainee chef, Jade.
It's the penultimate round and a flashback to the 1990s as Spice girl, Emma, goes head to head with her former pop rivals, All Saints, for the number one spot.
Every meal the brigade sells means more money for their nominated charity, Body and Soul, so the team will need to use Jade's skills (and avoid calling on Anton's) to convince the 50 F Word diners to dig deep for dinner.
