It's pudding time and a shocking main course means the only way is up - isn't it?
Vanilla cheesecake with berry compote is a classic and should win the botching Bigginses a reprieve. Sean is producing some cracking cheesecakes and it's clear who the weak link in the team is. It's Christopher.
His fits of giggles are not tickling Gordon's funny bone.
"I take this seriously - this is my career," shouts Gordon, "be careful and concentrate."
"I am fucking concentrating," shouts a hissy Chris.
32 out of 50 diners pay for pud leaving the brigade with a miserable total score of 89 out of 150.
They exit the kitchen to applause from the forgiving diners.
"Don't clap them, they were terrible," says Gordon. The joke's over.
