On to the main course and it's smoked paprika chicken stroganoff with spatzle.
The brigade are struggling. The food looks awful and tastes bad too. Jose, the maitre d', steps in to tell Gordon the diners are complaining about their salty suppers.
Gordon warns the brigade but his advice falls on deaf ears and the brigade see a pitiful 17 out of 50 diners paying for the main.
"I saw you clumping salt in," Gordon shouts at Biggins.
"I never touched salt!" whines the hapless chef. "You're delusional, you're on drugs, I put no salt on that."
"Oh yes you did," call the panto loving diners.
