The menu kicks off with fresh pea, mint and lettuce soup with Parma ham, a vibrant, light starter that's perfect this time of year.
Gordon wants best performance from the team.
"It's not a bush-tucker trial, it's real," he warns them.
"Have we all remembered to wash our hands?" chirps Biggins.
"Did you wash your hands when you were in the jungle eating kangaroo's penis?" asks Sean.
Gordon is not impressed.
