Clumsy Kenny is having no success with his soufflés. His ramekin is covered with goo and as he tries to polish it clean, the soufflé starts to sink.
The brigade is feeling the heat but despite a slow start, the girls pick up the pace and the first starters go out to the diners looking pretty impressive.
They taste pretty impressive too. The team storms their first challenge and 36 out of the 50 F Word diners pay for their starter.
