From the start, Wendi's husband Kenny is singled out as the worst cook but Gordon claims that doesn't matter. "I know you're not professional chefs," he says, "All I want from you is 100 per cent commitment."
To dazzle the diners the brigade will be cooking a top notch menu of spinach and goat's cheese soufflé followed by spiced monkfish with a citrus vinaigrette and for dessert, rosewater cream with pistachio biscuits.
But as soon as the brigade get cracking on the starters it's clear Kenny's no whiz in the kitchen. When the pressure's on and there's diners to be fed, will Gordon end up eating his encouraging words?
