Back to the dinner and while Wendi's proving to be a whiz with her biscuits, kitchen catastrophe Kenny's not having any luck with the dessert - Gordon's rosewater cream with pistachio and raisin biscuits recipe.
"Yours aren't even cooked yet and they look like a pile of shit," calls Gordon.
But there's no need for cursing when the results come in. Gordon's spring-into-summer pudding is a massive hit and the brigade sells a massive 48 out of 50 desserts.
