Gordon hits the restaurant floor to see how the monkfish has gone down with the all-important punters.
The verdict from the restaurant floor doesn't seem too positive. One table thinks their potatoes were underdone and complain that the monkfish wasn't spicy enough.
But when the results come in there's reason to celebrate. Fires and hissy-fits aside, Wendi's brigade scores an impressive 45 paying diners.
Gordon's verdict: "It's not perfect but it's fucking good."
