You'd think starting a fire, and making a flop of his soufflés might have affected Kenny's confidence but nothing's going to knock the wind out of this man's sails.
Mid-service he takes on Gordon in a squabble over how many monkfish still need to be cooked.
'"I asked you for five do you remember?" asks Gordon.
"You asked me for another six - that's 11. I can do maths," strops Kenny.
"What's in the oven?" asks an exasperated Gordon.
"Nothing. No wait… Erm… I don't know… Fish?" says Kenny
