What was the last thing you ate?

Whatever that was [in the F Word filming], I dunno, Gresham’s duck? Gresham’s duck with cherry sauce.

What would you most like to have for dinner tonight?

I will be eating nothing this evening.

What would be your perfect picnic location?

By the seaside; on the beach.

What's the weirdest thing you've ever eaten?

Cow’s tongue and cheek.

How good are you in the kitchen?

OK.

What’s the worst thing you’ve ever cooked?

Unsuccessfully? Tart tatin.

Ever had a food dream?

Food dream? Can’t say that one springs to mind!

What's your favourite kitchen gadget?

Knife – sashimi knife.

What makes you sick?

Boats.

Is food better than sex?

No!

Fat chips or French fries?

Fat chips.

Marmite or marmalade?

Marmite.

What's in your fridge right now?

I don't have a fridge.

You don't?

Well we’re not living in our house at the moment – I’ve ordered a new one. And it’s going to be full of fresh ingredients! But at the moment, we’re probably keeping Parma ham and mozzarella.

What's your guiltiest snack?

Cheese.

What's your hangover cure?

Salad.

Really?!

Yeah! Think I just crave it.

Where would your perfect date meal be?

Other than one of Ramsay’s restaurants, do you mean?! My perfect date restaurant, wow, erm…

Not necessarily restaurant, just meal?

Oh! Probably Japanese.

Do you have a secret local food outlet/deli?

Er... yes!

Can you at least tell us where they are?

They’re sort of all over the show, but mainly in Soho.
