Former Corrie favourite, Angela Griffin, took her family along to the F Word kitchen. 4Food grilled him about her food experiences

What was the last thing you ate?

The last thing I ate was a piece of pepper that I’ve just cooked on the F Word – 'check it for its seasoning!', 'check it for its seasoning!'

What would you most like to have for dinner tonight?

I’d like a big massive huge glass of wine, I’m not bothered about food anymore – think I’ve seen enough of it.

What would be your perfect picnic location?

In Primrose Hill on a Saturday afternoon in the height of summer; aww I love it there.

What's the weirdest thing you've ever eaten?

I’m not into eating weird things, I’m proper scared.

Snails? That sort of thing?

I won’t go near 'em – I won't even go near game. I don’t eat weird stuff. That’s why I won't go on 'I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here' – I’m not bothered about heights, I’m just not eating the weird things!

How good are you in the kitchen?

I think I’m alright in the kitchen; I could do better!

What’s the worst thing you’ve ever cooked?

The worst thing I've ever cooked is crab spaghetti 'cause it should've been lobster spaghetti, and it was quite a big, big rubbish thing.

Ever had a food dream?

Oh god I'm always having food dreams! I think it usually is a dream where I can eat as much as I like and put no weight on. I have that one quite often.

What's your favourite kitchen gadget?

Ahhh my favourite kitchen gadget has got to be my Magimix blender. I love a blend!

What makes you sick?

Cars.

Is food better than sex?

No it’s not. Although if I had to have one thing for the rest of my life it would be food. Well, you know, you get old don’t you?!

Fat chips or French fries?

Fat chips.

Marmite or marmalade?

[makes gagging sound] Marmalade.

What's in your fridge right now?

Oh absolutely loads of vegetables – I’ve just had Sainsbury’s do a delivery… I’m not going to be in to eat any of it which is a nightmare. But there’s like loads of veg, some leeks and broccoli, erm, there’s also loads of pastrami, ham, tuna, erm, mixed up already mayonnaise and prawn cocktail and some baked potatoes. And some soup; I’m into having soup with a sandwich for lunch now.

Gordon, Hugh or Jamie - shag, shoot or marry?

I really don't want to shoot any of 'em! If I had to shoot one – and my husband wouldn’t say this, cause he'd probably want to shag, shoot and do all those things to him – it would be Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.

Aw no actually I’m going to shoot… aw god! I’m going to marry Hugh, I’m going to shoot Jamie…

And you're going to shag Gordon?

Yeah!

What's your guiltiest snack?

My guiltiest snack is probably rice pudding out of the tin.
