Of course, there may be many potential causes of a poor semen analysis including lifestyle factors, underlying infections, medical or genetic conditions, but changes to diet can make real improvements on a man's sperm count.
The following tips are a good starting place. For the more dedicated, follow the diet plan for at least 90 days, and consult with a doctor if you have any questions.
