Helping Janet in her mission to serve terrifically tasty veal is top chef, Tim Clements.
To make sure all the guests get a good helping of veal, Tim will be cooking the calf on a spit-roast. It will be an impressive sight but a tricky beast to cook. Spit-roasting is best with fatty meat like pork. Lean meat like Janet's veal could easily dry out and that won't help the Street-Porter campaign.
