One of Janet's calves will be served to the diners in the F Word restaurant and the other is staying in Yorkshire where Janet will serve it to 100 of her nearest neighbours.
Janet knows only too well how doubtful people feel about eating veal and for many of her guests, this will be the first time they've ever eaten the controversial meat. Janet's determined to make sure her calf is extra tasty.
