With the pig killed, Gordon and Bobby set to work. First they clean it down in the creek before Gordon learns how to butcher it in the wild.
"It's piping hot," says Gordon.
Like with all butchery, Gordon has to be careful not to puncture any of the innards and taint the meat. He seems to be a dab hand.
"You're doing terrific," says Bobby.
