Ferret wranglers, Ben and Guy, have been up since the crack of dawn preparing the ground for the day's hunt.
Finding a warren is just half the battle. It's then up to the wranglers to find all the rabbit holes and cover them with netting.
The ferrets will run down the rabbit holes and chase the prey out towards the nets - then it’s up to the human element of the team to catch the rabbit and break its neck.
The reality suddenly hits home for a squeamish looking Jack.
"Don't tell Mummy," says Gordon.
