Janet swaps her calves for a high horse as she lifts the lid on the state of the smoothie and shows the great British public the problems with their early morning sugar high.
"We drink so much of the ruddy stuff," chides Janet. "It could fill 14 Olympic swimming pools in a year. That's almost 60 million pints."
Smoothies are often seen as a healthy way to start the day and an easy way to your 5 a day. But Janet is concerned that we don't really know what is in them.
"If anyone bothered to read the labels they might be surprised at what they were really drinking," warns Janet.
