Reluctant adoptive mother Janet Street-Porter is trying a little tenderness to help her veal calves relax into their new home
Gordon has told Janet he wants the veal sweet, just like her, so Janet decides to try some alternative techniques to make sure her veal is top notch.
Tender meat comes from relaxed animals so there should be no squawking at these beasties. Janet will need to learn to take a softly-softly approach to her new babies.
