Now Janet's copped a feel of the veal, it's time to talk business. She turns to Joe for advice on how much to fork out for a good calf.

"I'd be happy to go to £90 - for a good one," he says.
"90 quid!?" squawks an outraged Janet.
"You buy the best, you end up with the best," are Joe's wise words.

This is a love letter of sorts for Janet. I feel deeply about her wonderful presence on show. I do not know if your married or not, but if you are ever in the STATES,California I would be honored to be your go to,drive to,eat with,guy.I'm 59 as well but I'm going on 30 mentally.I'm retired now and bored to tears...you and I have similar personalities and I think we could have a very good and fun time together.Slight background. I worked in the mental health field for 30 yrs.I hope to someday eat in Gordons resturant and see for myself what all the hub-bub is about respectfully RON
