Picking a good calf is essential to make sure the meat that hits the F Word restaurant is of the very highest quality.
"To me they all look exactly the same," says Janet. "They're black, they're white and they're sniffing."
Joe tries to help out with a bit of context.
"If these were a group of men and you walked into the room, which one would you choose to bring home with you? You don't want the shrinking violet in the corner. You need a hunky male."
Under Joe's advice Janet checks the calves for strong flanks and good sized genitalia all in the right places. Lovely.
