Janet's first task is to get her hands on some livestock. The reality of the challenge ahead dawns on her as she heads to a cattle auction to buy two six week old calves.

"I can't believe I'm doing this - a woman who's had four husbands and no pets."

Veal expert Joe Collingbourn helps Janet over this first hurdle.
"They're not pets," he tells her, "they're food."

This is a love letter of sorts for Janet. I feel deeply about her wonderful presence on show. I do not know if your married or not, but if you are ever in the STATES,California I would be honored to be your go to,drive to,eat with,guy.I'm 59 as well but I'm going on 30 mentally.I'm retired now and bored to tears...you and I have similar personalities and I think we could have a very good and fun time together.Slight background. I worked in the mental health field for 30 yrs.I hope to someday eat in Gordons resturant and see for myself what all the hub-bub is about respectfully RON
