Veal is on the F Word menu this year and Gordon's garden is just not big enough to rear calves. So he's passed the torch onto first-time farmer Janet Street-Porter.
Veal is a subject close to Janet's heart. Two years ago she campaigned against supermarkets and took to the streets to encourage people to eat veal.
She found that public misconceptions meant that this fantastic meat was being put to waste and managed to convert some veal virgins over to her corner.
