When the veal on Dominic's farm reach 12-14 weeks old, they are let out to pasture.
Janet's interested to see if free-range veal tastes as good as barn-raised meat.
"When you sell your meat do you have happy customers?" she asks, "They've never said it's tough?"
Dominic assures her his customers and his calves are very happy.
"They do look very healthy," admits Janet.
Friendly too, by the looks of it.
