For the past few months, Janet's been less JS-P and more Old McD, raising a pair of veal calves near her Yorkshire home.
She's been following the advice of veal supremo, Joe Collingborne, who believes that keeping his calves indoors leads to tender meat when the animals go to slaughter.
But other farmers don't agree. Janet's keen to learn more about free-range beef to see if life outdoors would suit her little calves, David and Elton.
