Meet Joe Collingborn, veal supremo and Yorkshire's answer to Indiana Jones – well, after he's had a cup of tea and a sit down.
Joe's worried Elton might be getting a bit bossy and there's a chance he could butt David in the eye in a bout of overzealous enthusiasm.
"We can take 'em off," he tells Janet. She agrees to have the calves 'disbudded' where the horns are nipped off with a hot iron.
