On the menu are veal burgers and veal stew. People seem interested but even in rural Ripon confusion reigns over what exactly veal is. Janet's got her work cut out.
It's time for some veal education and Janet's just the lady to do it.
She's soon got a queue of eager punters willing to give it a try. "Get your jaws round that," she tells one grateful customer.
